4. Promotion Draw Dates

Entries accrue from 3rd October 2026, 7:00pm. Weekly draws are held at 7:00pm on the following dates:

• Saturday 10th October 2026 — weekly draw
• Saturday 17th October 2026 — weekly draw
• Saturday 24th October 2026 — weekly draw
• Saturday 31st October 2026 — weekly draw
• Saturday 7th November 2026 — weekly draw
• Saturday 14th November 2026 — weekly draw
• Saturday 21st November 2026 — weekly draw
• Saturday 28th November 2026 — weekly draw
• Saturday 5th December 2026 — weekly draw
• Saturday 12th December 2026 — Major draw (Grand Final)

If any draw date falls on a day the Club is unexpectedly closed or cannot safely conduct the draw, the Club will reschedule the draw to the next practicable trading day and will notify Members via the methods described in clause 12 (Notification of Changes) below.

Note: the winner of the motor vehicle is not determined at each weekly draw. Instead, each weekly draw produces one (1) entry into the Major Draw, which is held separately on 12th December 2026 once all weekly draws have been completed — see clause 8 and clause 9 for how this works.

5. Promotion Venue

All draws will be conducted at Club Dubbo, 82 Whylandra Street, Dubbo NSW 2830, in the gaming room / main lounge area of the Club (as signposted on the night).

6. Who May Enter

• Entry is open only to current financial members of Club Dubbo (“Members”) who are 18 years of age or older.
• Suspended members, excluded members, and members with a dishonoured cheque outstanding to the Club are not eligible to enter.
• Directors, employees and contractors of Club Dubbo (and the employees of those contractors), and any person otherwise involved in the conduct of this promotion or in determining the winners, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or to win.
• A Member must have their current, valid financial membership card inserted into the card reader attached to a gaming machine, or otherwise identify themselves as a Member at an eligible point of sale, to earn and validate entries as set out in clause 7.

7. How to Enter

• Members can earn entries in the 7 days prior to each Saturday draw (i.e. from 9:00am the day after the previous draw).
• Members receive one (1) virtual entry for every $10 spent at any Club Dubbo point of sale (POS) accumulative.
• Members receive ten (10) virtual entries for every $25 in turnover on an approved Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM), or every $100 in turnover on a Multi-Terminal Gaming Machine (MTGM).
• There is no limit to the number of entries a Member may accrue in an entry period; each entry gives an equal and random chance of being drawn.
• Entries must be checked in via the Rewards kiosk from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on draw night until the close of the draw, Entries not checked in within this window will not be included in that week's draw.
• There is no cost to check in or validate entries beyond the Member's own ordinary Club spend/gaming turnover described above.
• Entry limit: there is no cap on the number of entries a Member may hold in the virtual barrel for a given draw; however, a Member may win a maximum of one (1) prize per draw day (see clause 8).

8. How Winners Are Determined

8.1 Weekly draws

• Each weekly draw commences at 7:00pm and determines a total of six (6) winners, 1 winner is drawn every 5 minutes.
• Winners are selected using an approved random electronic/virtual number generator (or virtual barrel), such that every eligible, validated entry has an equal chance of being drawn, independent of any element of skill.
• Once the six (6) winners have been drawn, each is invited — in the order in which they were drawn — to come forward and choose one unopened box/briefcase from six presented at the draw location.
• Before the draw commences, the contents of the six boxes/briefcases are randomly and blindly allocated so that five (5) boxes each contain a $100.00 gift card prize and one (1) box contains an entry into the Major Draw for a chance to win the promotional motor vehicle. The allocation of prizes to boxes is not known to the Club, its staff, or any entrant until each box is opened, so that every one of the six winners has an equal and random chance of selecting the Major Draw entry.
• A winner's prize is determined solely by the contents of the box/briefcase they choose. Once chosen, a box/briefcase cannot be exchanged, swapped, or reselected, and a winner does not receive a key and does not win the motor vehicle at the weekly draw itself — see clause 8.2 and clause 9.
• Winners' names (or member numbers, at the Member's election, in accordance with clause 14 — Privacy) will be announced via the Club's PA system.
• Each winner has four (4) minutes from being announced to come forward, select a box/briefcase, and claim the prize it contains (or, where the box contains a Major Draw entry, to confirm that entry). If a winner does not present within four (4) minutes, a redraw will occur immediately from the remaining eligible, validated entries for that draw, in the same manner as the original draw, and any unclaimed box/briefcase will be included in the redrawn winner's selection.
• Winners must present a current, valid financial Club Dubbo membership card, and photo identification proving they are 18 years or older, to claim a prize or confirm a Major Draw entry.
• A Member may win a maximum of one (1) prize, or one (1) Major Draw entry, per weekly draw. A Member may, however, hold more than one (1) Major Draw entry overall if they are drawn as the sixth winner in more than one weekly draw across the promotional period.
• No proxy, agent or representative may claim or participate in the draw on behalf of an entrant. The entrant must be present in person.
• Should a winner be found ineligible under clause 6, or the entry is found to be invalid, fraudulent or the result of tampering (clause 16), that entry (including any resulting Major Draw entry) will be void and a redraw will occur.

8.2 Major Draw (motor vehicle BYD Atto 3)

• The Major Draw is held separately from, and after, the final weekly draw on Saturday 5th December 2026, once all weekly draws for the promotional period have been completed.
• Each Member who was drawn as the sixth (6th) winner at a weekly draw during the promotional period holds one (1) entry into the Major Draw for each such occasion (maximum of one entry per weekly draw, across up to ten (10) weekly draws).
• Each Major Draw Entrant must present to staff on the major draw night by 7.30pm to check in for the Major Draw. 
• Once the ten (10) winners have been checked in, each is invited — in the order in which they were drawn — to come forward and choose one unopened box/briefcase from ten presented at the draw location. 
• Before the draw commences, the contents of the ten boxes/briefcases are randomly and blindly allocated so that nine (9) boxes each contain a $500.00 gift card prize and one (1) box contains a key to win the promotional motor vehicle. The allocation of prizes to boxes is not known to the Club, its staff, or any entrant until each box is opened, so that every one of the ten winners has an equal and random chance of selecting the Major Draw Prize.
• A winner's prize is determined solely by the contents of the box/briefcase they choose. Once chosen, a box/briefcase cannot be exchanged, swapped, or reselected, and a winner does not receive a key and does not win the motor vehicle at the weekly draw itself — see clause 8.2 and clause 9.
• Winners' names (or member numbers, at the Member's election, in accordance with clause 14 — Privacy) will be announced via the Club's PA system.
• A Member who holds more than one Major Draw entry may still only win the motor vehicle once; if such a Member is drawn, all of that Member's other Major Draw entries are void for the purpose of any redraw.

9. Prize Details and Prize Pool

Weekly prize pool	$500.00 in gift cards (5 x $100.00 gift card prizes) plus one (1) entry into the Major Draw for a chance to win the promotional motor vehicle, awarded to the six (6) weekly draw winners via a random box/briefcase selection (see clause 8.1). The motor vehicle is not won at the weekly draw.
Major prize	One (1) new BYD Atto 3 motor vehicle, approximate retail value $44,000.00 (evidence such as a dealer invoice/valuation should be kept on file, as NSW Fair Trading may request this), to be won via the separate Major Draw conducted on Saturday 12th December 2026 from all Major Draw entries accumulated across the weekly draws (see clause 8.2).
Total prize pool (whole promotion)	$5,000.00 in gift cards (10 weekly draws x $500.00) plus the promotional motor vehicle (approximate retail value $44,000.00), total approximate prize pool value $49,000.00.
Prize conditions	Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, except where the Club, at its discretion, elects to pay the cash equivalent of the vehicle in place of the vehicle itself. Any cash prize exceeding $5,000 will, if requested by the winner, be paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT); otherwise payment will be made in a manner agreed between the winner and the Club. The winner of the motor vehicle is responsible for organising and paying for their own comprehensive insurance, and for any dealer delivery, stamp duty, registration, or on-road costs not expressly included in the stated prize value, unless otherwise stated at the time of the draw. If, for reasons beyond the Club's reasonable control, the promotional motor vehicle becomes unavailable, the Club may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, of a similar type, subject to notifying the winner of the substitution.

 

10. Notification and Publication of Results

• Winners are announced live via the Club's PA system on the night of each draw, in accordance with clause 8.
• Where a winner cannot be located, or the prize remains unclaimed after the redraw process in clause 8 has been exhausted for that session, the Club will record this and, if required, publicise that outcome at the Club premises and/or on the Club's website.
• A list of major prize winners (name or member number, as elected under clause 14) will be displayed at Club Dubbo and/or published on the Club's website within a reasonable time after each draw.

11. Costs of Entry and Claiming a Prize

There is no entry fee, phone cost, or electronic application cost associated with entering this promotion or claiming a prize, beyond the Member's own discretionary spend/gaming turnover described in clause 7. The Club will not charge any administration or delivery fee for a Member to receive their prize.

12. Notification of Changes to the Promotion

If the Club needs to make a substantial change to these terms (including to the prizes, prize values, draw dates, or the method of determining winners), the Club will take reasonable steps to notify Members - for example, via signage at the Club, the Club's website, or its social media channels — before the change takes effect, and, where an Authority applies, will notify NSW Fair Trading in accordance with clause 20.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding the conduct of this promotion, or a claim to a prize, should in the first instance be raised with the Bar Manager on the night of the draw, and thereafter in writing to the CEO at admin@clubdubbo.com.au The Club will investigate and respond to any dispute within a reasonable time. To the extent permitted by law, the Club's decision in resolving a dispute is final, though this does not affect a Member's rights under the Australian Consumer Law or their right to raise a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.

14. Privacy

• The Club collects Members' personal information (including name, membership number and, where applicable, contact details) to conduct this promotion, to verify eligibility, to contact and publicise winners, and to deliver prizes.
• Winners may elect to have only their membership number (rather than their full name) announced and published, where operationally possible.
• The Club will not use entrants' personal information for any purpose other than conducting this promotion and any other purpose set out in the Club's Privacy Policy, without the Member's consent.
• The Club's Privacy Policy is available at reception and explains how personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed, and how a Member may access or correct their information or make a privacy complaint.

15. Responsible Gambling

Club Dubbo is committed to the responsible conduct of gambling. While this promotion allows entries to be earned through both non-gaming spend and gaming machine turnover, Members are reminded that gambling should be for entertainment only. 16. Tampering and Fraud

Any Member found to be tampering with, or attempting to manipulate, any part of this promotion (including its entry, validation, or draw mechanisms) may have their entries voided, may be refused the right to claim a prize, and may be refused the right to enter any future Club Dubbo promotions, without limiting any other right or remedy available to the Club at law.

17. General Conditions

• Entries are erased at the conclusion of each week's draw and are not valid in any other draw or promotion. Members may begin earning entries for the following week's draw from 9:00am the day after each draw.
• The Club takes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or system error (including kiosk, card reader, or network failure) occurring during the promotional period, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Management's decision in the conduct and interpretation of this promotion is final in all matters not otherwise addressed by these terms, and no correspondence will be entered into, except as set out in clause 13 (Dispute Resolution).
• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy conferred on a Member by the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
• Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.

18. Prohibited and Restricted Prizes

No prize offered under this promotion is a firearm, weapon, ammunition, explosive, tobacco or vaping product, or a cosmetic surgery/procedure. This promotion does not involve any liquor prize.

19. Record Keeping

The Club will retain records relating to entries, draws and prize claims for this promotion for a minimum of 3 months after the draw.

20. Regulatory Compliance

• NSW Authority: TP/04928 - to be displayed on this document and on all promotional/advertising material referring to this promotion.
• A copy of these Terms and Conditions has been / will be lodged with NSW Fair Trading via the Notification Portal at least 10 business days before the promotion's start date, as required for game-of-chance promotions with a prize pool over $10,000.
• These Terms and Conditions are available for inspection, free of charge, at Club Dubbo reception.
• This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW).
